Within our Tribe Global Digital and Assisted Channels we are responsible for building maintaining and operating 4 important global IT services:
As an ING global service provider with already more than 10 ING service receivers (ING countries) and still growing we need to professionalize our contract and service management.
Responsibilities broadly include managing the contract lifecycle of external vendors involved for Omnichannel department as well as setting up the process and documentation for intra company sourcing and product governance for One App/Web and CC 2.0/IRIS.
