Job Description

Territory Manager

Location: North LA
Industry: Medical Devices / Equipment

Position Summary

We are seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to lead sales efforts North Los Angeles. This individual will be responsible for achieving sales objectives by managing current accounts expanding business with new customers and providing clinical education and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of the full product portfolio within assigned territory.

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships including physicians clinical staff and administrative decision-makers.

  • Deliver comprehensive product in-services and clinical education to healthcare professionals.

  • Manage territory sales planning and time effectively to maximize impact.

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of products clinical applications and market dynamics.

  • Communicate territory updates market changes and competitive activity to leadership.

  • Provide timely solutions to customer concerns and issues.

  • Analyze customer needs and tailor solutions to align with clinical and business objectives.

  • Accurately complete sales reports expense reports and account updates as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree required.

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales or marketing experience in the medical device industry preferred.

  • Strong understanding of anatomy medical terminology and surgical procedures.

  • Proven ability in needs-based/solution selling.

  • Excellent listening communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to navigate contracts and work with administrative stakeholders.

Additional Requirements

  • Must be able to stand walk and travel extensively within the assigned region.

  • Willingness to travel regularly across the territory.

  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $100000 $125000

  • Full benefits package included

  • Bonus eligibility

  • Relocation assistance not available

Candidate Profile

  • 2 5 years of relevant experience

  • Mid-senior level individual contributor

  • No management experience required
