We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sr. Manager/AVP Corporate Sales who will be responsible for driving new business acquisition and revenue growth across all lines of corporate insurance products. The ideal candidate must have strong exposure to direct corporate sales and a proven track record in handling mid-to-large corporate clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive direct sales of all corporate insurance products including Employee Benefits (EB) Property Liability Engineering Marine and other GI lines.
Identify and develop new corporate clients through market mapping cold calls networking and referrals.
Build and manage strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term engagement.
Understand client requirements prepare proposals and present tailored insurance solutions.
Collaborate with placement claims and servicing teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client servicing.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets revenue goals and business KPIs.
Stay updated with market trends competitor activities and product developments in the insurance space.
Represent the company in client meetings industry forums and networking events.
5 12 years of experience in corporate sales within a General Insurance company or Insurance Broking firm.
Proven track record in direct corporate sales (not limited to channel/agency).
Strong knowledge of all lines of GI products (EB Property Liability Marine Engineering etc.).
Excellent client acquisition relationship management and negotiation skills.
Strong business acumen with the ability to prepare and present business cases.
High level of self-motivation target orientation and result-driven mindset.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA preferred)
Relevant certifications in Insurance (Licentiate/Associate/Fellowship from III) will be an added advantage.
