Job Description

Local to Dallas TX (USCGC H4-EAD)

Final Round On-site Interview

Database Developer/ Administrator (DBA) Engineers Pay rate $63/hr on W2

  • DBA Engineers will be required to support database setups in an active-active configuration and optimize database performance.
  • Extensive knowledge of Stored Procedures. Ability to split SPs into two and migrating the changes from SQL MI to Azure SQL
  • Minimum of five years of experience in SQL Server performance tuning and optimization
  • Hands-on familiarity working through complex stored procedures and make necessary changes
  • At least five years of experience in logical and physical database modeling designing database schema stored procedures triggers and other database-related objects
  • Minimum of five years of progressive experience in developing unit testing and troubleshooting SQL Server including SSRS SSIS and SSAS (desirable)
  • Advanced knowledge of T-SQL/Stored Procedure/Function programming and design
  • Experience with Azure SQL MI and Azure SQL migration from SQL MI to Azure SQL
  • Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in Azure Data Factory
  • Make necessary changes to SSIS packages
  • Provide alternative options for cross-database calls
