Job Description
Lead and drive the design development and deployment of Pega applications.
Own the full delivery lifecycle including requirement analysis architecture implementation testing and deployment.
Collaborate with business stakeholders architects and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
Mentor junior developers and guide the team on Pega best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and governance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10 years of exclusive experience in Pega PRPC development.
Strong expertise in Pega 8.x and earlier versions.
Proven track record of leading Pega implementations across multiple projects.
Deep understanding of Pega frameworks case management decisioning and integrations.
Pega CSSA or LSA certification is required
Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
