Job Description
Job Title: Odoo Functional/Technical Consultant (French Speaking)
Location: Onsite/Remote/Hybrid
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience Required: 3 years in Odoo ERP (Functional)
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Odoo Expert with proficiency in French to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Odoo ERP implementation customization and support while effectively communicating with French-speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with French-speaking clients to gather requirements analyze business processes and provide Odoo ERP solutions.
- Configure customize and deploy Odoo modules (Sales CRM Accounting HR Inventory Manufacturing etc.).
- Provide functional and/or technical support troubleshooting and user training.
- Translate client requirements into detailed functional/technical specifications.
- Collaborate with developers for customization and integration of third-party tools.
- Prepare project documentation user manuals and training material in French.
- Ensure smooth delivery of Odoo projects within timelines and quality standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience (3 years) working with Odoo ERP (functional or technical).
- Strong knowledge of core Odoo modules and business workflows.
- Fluency in French (speaking reading and writing) mandatory.
- Good command of English for internal communication.
- Strong problem-solving skills and client-facing experience.
- Experience in ERP implementation lifecycle is an added advantage.
- Technical expertise in Python PostgreSQL and Odoo framework (for technical role) is a plus.
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience in working with international clients (especially Europe/Africa).
- Knowledge of or Odoo Enterprise.
- Certification in Odoo or ERP systems.
