Overview:
We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to fill the role of Bilingual Spanish Support Representative. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in customer service and bilingual support experience. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Spanish and English and have a minimum of two years in a voice support role. You should be ready to join our team immediately and work in a dynamic shifting schedule environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide bilingual customer support (Spanish and English) over the phone to address inquiries and resolve customer issues.
Deliver high-quality service while maintaining company standards and procedures.
Handle a variety of customer concerns ensuring swift and efficient resolutions.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure top-notch customer satisfaction.
Document all customer interactions accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Filipino citizen
High school graduate or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in voice-based bilingual Spanish customer service.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
Ability to handle multiple customer interactions with efficiency.
A commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Must be available to start immediately and willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule.
