Job Description

Overview:
We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to fill the role of Bilingual Spanish Support Representative. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in customer service and bilingual support experience. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Spanish and English and have a minimum of two years in a voice support role. You should be ready to join our team immediately and work in a dynamic shifting schedule environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide bilingual customer support (Spanish and English) over the phone to address inquiries and resolve customer issues.

  • Deliver high-quality service while maintaining company standards and procedures.

  • Handle a variety of customer concerns ensuring swift and efficient resolutions.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure top-notch customer satisfaction.

  • Document all customer interactions accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Filipino citizen

  • High school graduate or equivalent

  • At least 2 years of experience in voice-based bilingual Spanish customer service.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.

  • Ability to handle multiple customer interactions with efficiency.

  • A commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

  • Must be available to start immediately and willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule.
