Personal Lines Producer (Bilingual Spanish)
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Lines Producer (Bilingual Spanish) to join a dynamic and supportive team. As part of one of the largest insurance agencies in Washington you will play a key role in driving growth by reaching out to leads selling insurance and contributing to the expansion of our $4 million premium book of business. This is a sales-focused role with no servicing responsibilities offering a collaborative and diverse work environment where your contributions will be celebrated and supported.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $37000 - $60000 (dependent on experience and compensation structure)

Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls and follow up on provided lead lists to sell personal lines insurance products.
- Quote new and renewal business focusing on standard personal lines accounts.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by leveraging your insurance sales expertise.
- Collaborate with a tight-knit team in a supportive and diverse environment.
- Participate in training and development during the initial 90-day probationary period.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Proven insurance sales experience with the ability to discuss production numbers and achievements.
- Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with insurance management systems (experience with Farmers internal system is a plus).
- Soft Skills: Strong communication self-motivation adaptability teamwork and a results-driven mindset.
- Work Environment:
- In-office preferred but remote candidates will be considered (must work Pacific Standard Time hours).
- Occasional travel may be required to meet the team.
