General Summary:
Summary of Responsibilities: Administering retail pharmacy approved Vaccinations.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- BSP degree
- RPH license in the State of Ohio
- Current BLS/Immunization delivery certification
Preferred Qualifications: Pharm D
Required Licenses/Certifications Prior to Start: Ohio Licensed Pharmacist BLS current Immunization certification
Physical Environment: Stand sit and administer vaccinations
Network Access and/or Applications used: Epic functionality required.
