About the OpportunityWe are representing an exciting opportunity with a well-established and respected independent community pharmacy located in the heart of Downtown Chicago. This pharmacy has built a loyal customer base serves a diverse community and offers a modern fully stocked facility.
This unique role is ideal for a licensed pharmacist with entrepreneurial aspirations who wants to transition into pharmacy ownership while continuing to make a strong impact on patient care.
Key Responsibilities-
Lead daily pharmacy operations ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

Provide personalized patient care medication counseling and customer support.

Manage staff workflow and scheduling to maintain a high standard of service.

Oversee inventory management vendor relations and purchasing.

Drive business growth with innovative ideas and community outreach.

Prepare for a structured ownership transition with guidance and support.

Active Pharmacist License in the state of Illinois (required).

Strong business acumen and interest in entrepreneurship / ownership transition.

Previous retail or community pharmacy experience preferred.

Excellent leadership communication and patient care skills.

Ability to build strong relationships within the community.

Established pharmacy with strong community trust and customer base.

Prime Downtown Chicago location surrounded by residential and commercial clients.
