Responsibilities:
- As an IT Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for managing delivery for IT production systems and services.
- Your day-to-day activities will include driving incident issue and outage management as well as conducting investigations and restorations.
- You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required along with providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Expert proficiency in Customer Satisfaction is required. Expert proficiency in Customer Technical Support is recommended.
- Additionally expert proficiency in Quality Assurance is suggested.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and support to team members to foster a culture of excellence.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and ensure their needs are met effectively.
