Location: Raleigh NC (1915 Blue Ridge Rd)

Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Specialist to provide expert IT infrastructure leadership for a major project aimed at implementing a new secure IT network. The role involves technical analysis design implementation and support of the IT infrastructure ensuring seamless operations and transition to maintenance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical analysis of current infrastructure to design and implement a new secure network.
- Perform data modeling process modeling and create detailed architecture/designs.
- Install configure and test IT infrastructure components and systems.
- Develop disaster recovery plans and transition knowledge to operations staff.
- Collaborate with project management on technical documentation and risk management.
Key Technical Skills:
- Expertise in COTS and customized enterprise networks.
- In-depth knowledge of network infrastructures LANs WANs VPN and TCP/IP.
- Familiarity with firewalls unified communications and videoconferencing technologies.
- Strong ability to produce technical documentation and implementation plans.
- Technical Lead experience in large-scale IT infrastructure projects.
