An IT Workplace Service Engineer is responsible for maintaining and supporting an organizations IT infrastructure include providing technical support troubleshooting issues performing regular maintenance installing and configuring hardware and software training users and ensuring IT security. This role is essential for keeping the workplaces IT environment efficient secure and reliable.
Define technology standards policies and procedures to ensure consistency and interoperability across systems.
Evaluate and select technology platforms and solutions that meet business requirements and scalability needs.
Develop and maintain a technology roadmap outlining key initiatives and investments.
Implement and maintain IT service management (ITSM) processes to ensure efficient service delivery
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on project status deliverables and overall project plans.
Contribute to the development and execution of the organizations technology strategy aligning it with business goals and industry best practices.
Conduct technology assessments identify emerging trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business capabilities.
Participate in budget planning and resource allocation for technology projects.

Support organizational leaders in quarterly roadmap planning and prioritization.
