Senior Solutions Consultant - Pharmaceutical
Overview
YOKOGAWA supports the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry by delivering solutions that enhance regulatory compliance quality assurance and productivity. With increasing demand for total solutions digital transformation (DX) and operational excellence we are seeking a consultant with deep industry expertise to lead proposal activities and drive impactful customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution proposals addressing customer challenges in digital transformation and operational excellence in pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Utilize YOKOGAWAs solution portfolioincluding MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) and QMS (Quality Management Systems)to deliver differentiated and value-added proposals
- Share industry experience and knowledge with internal team members and guide their proposal efforts
- Provide feedback and advisory input during planning and enhancement of YOKOGAWAs solution packages
- Actively participate in external expert forums such as GAMP Japan Forum and Japan PDA (Electronic Records/Electronic Signatures Committee) to deepen expertise and disseminate insights within the organization
- Participate in YOKOGAWAs Global SME (Subject Matter Expert) Network training programs and contribute to the development of industry-specific sales strategies
Required Knowledge Skills and Experience
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing regulations and guidelines
- Over 10 years of experience in implementing or operating pharmaceutical manufacturing systems (e.g. MES LIMS) (Please confirm if 10 years is mandatory)
- Experience managing or implementing EDMS (Electronic Document Management Systems) projects (at least one project)
- Experience in pharmaceutical production planning (Please confirm if this refers to production planning process)
- Hands-on experience in system implementation from within an IT department at a pharmaceutical company
- Experience in company-wide IT infrastructure design and implementation
- Business-level English proficiency
