Job Description
Job Type: Permanent
Due to continuous growth our client is seeking to recruit a Tax Consultant to join their expanding tax team offering excellent opportunities for career progression. This role combines compliance and advisory work providing a rich and varied experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of corporate tax income tax and VAT compliance clients.
- Engaging with clients professional advisers and relevant third parties.
- Assisting with consultancy projects including the preparation of tax reports on a diverse range of issues such as group restructuring succession planning personal taxes and VAT.
- Contributing to business development and growth initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A qualified tax professional with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong technical knowledge across multiple tax disciplines.
- Proven track record in managing and mentoring a team of professionals.
- Expertise in managing compliance portfolios and delivering tax consulting services.
- Exceptional project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong delegation management and review skills especially with trainees and newly qualified staff.
- Contributing to business development and growth initiatives.
