We are seeking a Reliability Engineer to drive performance and reliability improvements across our automated Material Handling Equipment (MHE) systems. Youll analyze failures track KPIs and lead optimization efforts focused on hardware controls and material flow.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor MHE performance and identify areas for improvement
Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions
Optimize material flow and controls cycle times
Support system upgrades and software/controls releases
Develop KPI dashboards and reliability reports
Collaborate with engineering operations and tech teams
Requirements:
Bachelors in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical Industrial or similar)
35 years of experience in reliability maintenance or system optimization
Strong understanding of MHE systems automation and controls
Proficient in data analysis RCA CMMS tools and KPI tracking
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English and Czech
Preferred:
Six Sigma Green Belt or similar certification
Experience with SCADA PLCs and WCS/WES systems
