Key Responsibilities
- Providing Level 2/3 support for IT infrastructure across all global offices including Thailand.
- Monitoring maintaining and troubleshooting servers storage systems networks and cloud infrastructure.
- Working with global teams to implement and support infrastructure projects (e.g. system upgrades migrations rollouts).
- Ensuring infrastructure aligns with security and compliance standards.
- Managing user access group policies backups patching and system health checks.
- Collaborating with service desk teams to resolve escalated technical issues.
- Documenting procedures configurations and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing.
- Participating in global on-call support rotation as needed.
- Supporting business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Working closely with vendors and service providers for technical support and solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure support (global/multi-site environment preferred).
- Strong knowledge in:
- Windows/Linux server administration
- Networking (LAN/WAN TCP/IP DNS DHCP)
- Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Cloud platforms (Azure AWS or Google Cloud)
- Backup and disaster recovery tools
- IT security best practices
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is mandatory.
- IT certifications such as Microsoft Cisco or CompTIA are a plus.
- Strong analytical communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a global environment.
