We are looking for Sales professionals to join our team in Mexico!

At BIC we are gathering profiles interested in future opportunities in our Sales Team at different levels: Sales Analyst Sales Executive Key Account Manager and Sales Manager.

As a member of our Sales Team youll be responsible for developing key growth sales strategies tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is essential to achieving our growth plan & financial targets. What youll do:

  • Strategy: buildcreative sales strategies that are focused on consumer satisfaction and revenue generation for the business
  • Analytics:playan analytical role in conducting research and performing analyses on the performance of the sales department ensuring prompt delivery and accuracy of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to senior management
  • Relationship: Develop and maintain strong relationships with the client that generate higher revenues for the company
  • Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate with trade marketing marketing finance and logistics departments to ensure key customer needs are met. Develop a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements and prepare customized solutions
  • Maintain healthy customer portfolio. Monetize the clients catalog
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to achieve objectives
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales budget and achieve distribution pricing strategy promotion and visibility objectives to increase market share within key product segments
  • Design strategic plans aligned to the organization and the customer to sustainably increase our net sales indicators as well as customer sell out
  • Forecast accuracy

Qualifications

  • Education:Bachelors degree in SalesBusiness Administration Business Management Marketing Communications or any other related filed. An equivalent of this requirement in working experience is also acceptable.

  • A candidate for this position must have had working experience of at least 2-6 years in a sales position within a complex and fast-paced business environment.
  • Proven successful track record in sales with an understanding of the strategic approach to long term objectives and the strength of commercial returns from a partnering approach
  • Results driven possessing a proven track record of delivering against targets
  • Strong business development and organization skills
  • A solution focused approach to team and stakeholder problems who can lead by example.
  • Strong communication skills both internally and externally with the ability to influence and debate at senior levels in order to get the right result
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and get the best out of a team proven with experience.
  • Previous experience of leading a large multi-skilled team with the ability to coach guide and be a knowledge base in commercial marketing and communication.
