We are looking for a dynamic organized self-starter to join our Flex Change Management team as a Sr. Program Manager. The role will partner closely with a broad set of stakeholders to manage multiple high profile high impact business initiatives.
Job responsibilities include:
- Change Management Lead to drive highly complex customer impacting change
- Drive program objectives define business requirements translate requirements into project plans manage implementation activities across large group of stakeholders develop and execute rollout plans and ongoing support.
- Scale services and tools design processes that scale with the business growth in volume complexity and geographic dispersion.
- Identify assess and mitigate risks drive resolution of critical issues provide escalation management anticipate and make trade offs and propose corrective actions to keep initiatives moving forward
- Collaborate and build relationships with cross functional teams to ensure seamless execution and process excellence
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and automation identify gaps conduct root-cause analysis and drive solutions
- Define track and communicate appropriate performance measurements to stakeholders status reporting to leadership create reports and metrics to facilitate analyses driving data-driven decision making
- Relentlessly advocate for DPs and strive to simplify and improve their experience and that of their drivers
Key job responsibilities
Orchestrates comprehensive change management or process strategies engaging stakeholders through clear communications and coaching while monitoring progress managing risks tracking success metrics and leveraging learnings to drive continuous improvement throughout the change management lifecycle.
- 5 years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- 2 years of driving process improvements experience
- Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field
- PMP certificate
- Experience leading process improvements
