Main purpose of the role:
Our client is seeking a retail funds lawyer to join them for a short-term contract starting as soon as possible.
This role will support the legal team based in Hong Kong. You will be responsible for:
Provide expert advice and support in the Hong Kong retail funds sector.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
Conduct thorough analysis and reporting to inform decision-making processes.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
Person specification:
You are a Hong Kong or commonwealth qualified solicitor with 3 to 5 years PQE of relevant experience in Hong Kong retail funds space.
You specialize in the Hong Kong retail funds space.
You have experience with MPF schemes is beneficial but not essential.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
