A day in the life.
As our Senior Client Manager on the Employee Health & Benefits team youll be responsible for actively managing an assigned book of business working in conjunction with the Employee Benefits Consultant and assigned service team to ensure each clients employee benefit plan needs and agreed upon service expectations are met. You will work with significant autonomy demonstrate a high degree of competency and may be called upon for guidance and assistance by others in the department and the agency. You may also help train newer Client Managers and conduct formal training sessions for the department.

Wed love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in the welfare benefits plan industry working for an employer insurer/administrator consultant or broker; or in a customer service or project management field.
These additional qualifications are a plus but not required to apply:
- MO Life & Health Producers License
