Job Description

Welcome to Glide!

At Glide were reimagining the banking experience for the modern world. Our embedded fintech platform empowers legacy financial institutions like community banks and credit unions to pioneer novel digital experiences for their customers.

Youll be joining an all-star team with engineering product and growth experience from Stripe Google and Amazon. Were looking for a talented Sales Development Representative to help us grow our product to hundreds of banks. Were bringing a new perspective to the decades-old financial world and were hoping you can help us do that!

As a Sales Development Representative you will work directly with our CEO to build Glides go-to-market function from the ground up.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with banking executives across the country introducing Glide and generating interest.

  • Source new opportunities through outbound prospecting cold calls emails LinkedIn and event networking.

  • Qualify inbound leads to ensure a strong fit before passing them to the sales team.

  • Maintain a high volume of outreach and manage follow-ups with prospects.

  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and co-founder/CEO to refine Glides sales playbook.

  • Represent Glide at conferences events and competitions to increase brand visibility.

Need-to-Haves:

  • 1 years of quota-driven SDR BDR or sales experience (or equivalent internship/early-career experience).

  • Hands-on experience with modern prospecting and outreach tools.

  • Strong product curiosity and ability to quickly learn and articulate complex technical products.

  • Excellent communication collaboration and organizational skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience selling an fintech or financial services product

  • Previously built sales processes from the ground up at an early-stage startup

  • An entrepreneurial self-starter spirit
