Job Description
JOB SUMMARY & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Develop CNC programs for the painting area for all new and current products.
Develop CNC programs for equipment paint-wash.
Develop nesting programs for turret press sheet metal parts.
Set-up and maintain fabrication CNC program database.
Minimize turret and brake set-up time through efficient programming.
Support the engineering change control process.
Detail Pro-Engineer documentation.
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Maintain Paint production documentation (Desirable)
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree in electromechanical engineering or related degree.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
COMPETENCIES:
- CNC Machines knowledge and programming.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Knowledge of powder paint pre-treatment systems and powder booths.
- Computer skills required: Merry Mec or other CNC programming software AutoCAD
- Well developed administrative skill on Microsoft Office (word excel Power point).
- Strong analytical numerical mechanical and reasoning abilities.
- Well developed oral and written communication skills.
- Performance measurement and control of operation knowledge (KPIs).
- Hands-on working style.
- Ability to manage budget per investment projects CAPEX.
