Architectural Design Manager Co. Meath
Salary: Up to 70000 DOE
An industry-leading modular construction company is seeking an experienced Architectural Design Manager to join their growing team. Specialising in off-site construction for education residential and commercial sectors this company is known for delivering innovative sustainable and high-quality solutions using modern methods of construction.

Key Responsibilities
Lead architectural design across multiple modular construction projects
Manage and coordinate external consultants and internal design resources
Oversee planning submissions compliance and statutory approvals
Ensure all design output meets quality safety and regulatory standards
Drive innovation in building design and contribute to process improvement
Liaise with project managers engineers and production teams to ensure efficient project delivery
Requirements
5 years post-qualification experience in architecture or design management
Strong Revit and BIM experience essential
Proven knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and planning processes
Experience delivering residential educational or modular projects
Excellent communication coordination and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple design packages and deadlines
