Job Description
Immediate 2nd and 3rd Shift Maintenance Tech openings in Greer!
Interview and Start ASAP!
Hours:
3rd Shift 10pm to 6:30am Tuesday thru Saturday or Sunday thru Thursday
and
2nd Shift 2pm to 10:30pm Tuesday thru Saturday or Sunday thru Thursday
Starting pay up to $27/hr!
Key Responsibilities:
-Monitor facilities to ensure safety cleanliness and security
-Troubleshoot power HVAC and mechanical systems
-Perform general and preventive maintenance including carpentry and plumbing
-Replace lighting system bulbs and ballasts as needed
-Move furniture machinery and equipment as requested
-Assist with vendor coordination and facility upkeep
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2 years of applicable working experience as a Maintenance Tech
- Must have computer skills
- HVAC Certifications highly preferred
- HS Diploma or GED Required
- Trade licenses a plus
