We currently require an experienced Electrician to join our Christchurch team.
About the Role:
The successful applicant will be part of a diverse trades team comprised of Plumbing Electrical HVAC and Carpentry/Handyman services. The workload will consist of a combination of planned and reactive maintenance and project work. Our clients include major banks supermarkets and a combination of other leading NZ businesses and commercial premises.
About You:
Electrical Trade qualified.
NZ Electrical License no limits (Electrical).
Commercial maintenance experience is highly desirable.
HVAC knowledge is highly desirable.
Knowledge and commitment to Health and Safety.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Ability or willingness to learn to use a tablet/iPad (for job dispatch).

Environment Health and Safety is a priority for Cushman & Wakefield and the successful candidate will be expected to have a good understanding of the EHS requirements and behaviours in a commercial environment. Good personal presentation and customer service skills are also essential. as is a clean full drivers licence.
