Commercial Solicitor Contracts/Privacy - Dublin - NQ to 5 Years PQE
This would suit a Commercial Solicitor looking to join a leading firm in the Commercial/Privacy space.
Opportunity
We have been engaged by our client a leading law firm to recruit a Commercial Solicitor Contracts/Privacy
Our client is open to consider candidates from Newly/Recently Qualified to 5years PQE in Commercial Contracts/Agreements & Privacyideally from a top mid-tier or boutique law firm.
The Role Experience / Qualification Required
Drafting and negotiation of all types of high value commercial contracts/agreements;
- Technology Contracts
- Master Service Agreement
- Distribution Agency & Franchise agreements
-Sales Marketing and promotion laws and related Privacy considerations.
-Data protection agreements and dealing with data protection concerns arising from commercial contracts
