We are seeking an Exams Capacity Planner Coordinator to join our team. The purpose of this role is to translate agreed demand into capacity and resource requirements for Test Day staff optimizing operations and margins while maintaining service levels maximizing agility and ensuring contingency. You will manage monitor and adapt plans to changing requirements reporting on capacity fill planning effectiveness utilization productivity and cost to serve. This role involves coordinating the deployment of Examiners and Venue Staff for Test Day delivery as well as their work reconciliation and payment using BOSS and other relevant systems. You will also participate in the recruitment and management of Examiners and Venue Staff.

As part of the Cluster Resource Pool Management Team you will deliver services to all countries in the North East EU Exams Cluster with a focus on the sub-Cluster where the role is situated. Managing remote relationships with Cluster/Countries and ensuring counterparts understand requirements and execute plans on Test Day is essential.

Your main accountabilities include coordinating an 18-month rolling plan for all products down to Test Day translating demand into capacity plans and ensuring relevant KPI and business performance measures are met. You will coordinate the recruitment of Examiners and Venue Staff support the full utilization of BOSS VSP and Examiner Portal solutions and lead on availability and allocation processes. Additionally you will arrange transport for Test Day Staff if required maintain up-to-date databases ensure effective planning and communication manage work reconciliation and payments and ensure compliance with legal requirements and QCA standards.

You will also organize and conduct performance management activities manage the Examiner quality and compliance framework and ensure all management activities are consistent with equal opportunities and diversity principles. Performing relevant financial duties and handing over plans to the Country Operations team is also part of your role.

Relationship and stakeholder management involves advising customer-facing functions or directly engaging with Venue Staff and Examiners for second stage exams enquiries. You will follow contingency plans and manage risks related to supply using standardized processes and agreed corporate risk management procedures to protect the interests of the British Council and its customers.

Analysis and reporting duties include supporting regular planning and capacity meetings providing input to dashboards and reports and contributing to corporate audit frameworks. Leadership and management responsibilities involve motivating and encouraging team performance planning and prioritizing operational activities and supporting team knowledge and skills development.

Where appropriate you will be part of a team carrying out Duty Officer duties on a rotational basis supporting test day delivery which may include early morning and weekend cover.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum / Essential:

Working in a challenging environment operating against very tight deadlines
Experience working in a compliant and regulated environment
Planning and organising experience preferably for a large number of staff
English language skills to the CEF C1 level

Starting salary:from 460000 HUF - 490000 HUF(gross monthly) benefits
