Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels including job boards social media and networking.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and company culture.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews providing feedback to candidates and clients promptly.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends to better serve your clients and candidates.
- Sales Targets: Work towards achieving set sales targets contributing to both personal and team success.
Qualifications
- Experience: Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT recruitment or sales.
- Calibre: Self-driven and responsible with a strong work ethic mission-driven and passionate about helping individuals find their ideal career paths
- Language Proficiency: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- People-Oriented: A genuine passion for meeting diverse individuals and helping them find the right job fit.
