We are seeking a talented indiviual to join our WorkCare Claims team at JLT Risk Solutions Pty Ltd. This role will be based in our Perth - West Leederville office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days in the office.

JLT Risk Solutions Pty Ltd are a standalone business unit within the Marsh Pacific overarching business that enjoys a 95% market share cross Australia. Weve developed a unique method to provide risk financing and management solutions for Local Government clients. JLT works with mutual funds in particular demonstrates this ability to work innovatively with our clients to produce effective solutions designed to protect their assets people and community. We proudly service over 500 Local Government organisations across Australia.

Our Perth team manage a not-for-profit industry based mutual indemnity scheme (LGISWA) owned by 145 Western Australia local governments and focused on meeting their unique requirements. To learn more please visit

Assistant Claims Consultant

As an Assistant Claim Consultant you will perform administrative functions required in the Workers Compensation claims process to support our LGIS WorkCare claims management team ensuring you deliver timely service for the clients and in line with Regulatory timeframes business objectives and agreed performance indicators.

We will count on you to:

Deliver timely work output on the claims management system
Work effectively with your team internal and external stakeholders

What you need to have:

Strong communications and personable skills
Computer literacy including intermediate skills in MS Excel Outlook & Word
Self-motivation and organisational skills essential
Ability to plan and work independently and prioritise workloads.
