Job Description
The Hiring Advisors is partnering with a Global CPG Manufacturer to hire an experienced Food Safety Manager to oversee food safety and quality programs in the Boulder area.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of industrial plants and distribution centers to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production logistics and supply chain to drive quality improvements and ensure seamless operations
- Lead initiatives to achieve and maintain certifications and accreditations related to quality standards
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Food Science Microbiology or a related field
- 5 years of QFS experience in the food and beverage or CPG industry
- High level of proficiency and engagement in regulatory compliance and food safety topics
- A proven track record of collaborating with regulatory agencies and internal/external stakeholders to resolve issues and strengthen compliance
- Current HACCP and/or FSMA PCQI certifications are a plus
