Description:

The GoldSeal Global Demand Planning Manager owns planning and execution for DI Refurbished equipment in a $100M P&L. The role is a key leadership position on the ELS Refurbished Equipment Team and strongly connects with forward production planning team and also supply chain operations team & product teams. Position is a key integrator between forward production the region product & ISC teams to drive demand and supply matching and successful launch of NPIs and transfers. Lastly this leader will be responsible for driving process improvements across Global GoldSeal business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning creating & driving execution of Demand Planning processes and managing customer commitments and priorities supporting order fulfillment to achieve the monthly sales & inventory targets for the business.
  • Execution of IBP process improve forecast accuracy and inventory turn performance utilize strong analytics ensure linkage for NPIs and transfers
  • Engage in early NPI development to define forecasting rules and build long term forecast.
  • Develop create and analyze PFS forecast improve PFS forecast accuracy with root causing & action plan
  • Support/participate and track slotting developed by Mfg/Plant FF leader thru S&OE to meet customer requests while delivering business revenue commitments.
  • Lead allocations and prioritizations for business to optimize revenue and cost manage customer on time delivery metrics
  • Develop the communication operating mechanisms data reports and metrics to support key business imperatives order execution and improve on time delivery performance
  • Establish & maintain a reliable relationship & trust in a cross-functional environment
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and materials and planning to set plans to achieve cost inventory and fulfillment targets
  • Ensure communication with commercial & region teams regarding equipment delivery timing and details
  • Execute projects on on-time delivery inventory forecast accuracy Factory Promise Date (FPD) attainment and simplification initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree and 6 years supply chain or operations experience or HS Diploma and 10 years supply chain experience or operations experience.
  • Min 2 years Demand or Supply Management experience
  • Proven ability to influence drive and manage change in a matrix environment
  • Demonstrated process analytical and improvement skills
  • Microsoft Excel and Power Point proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt
  • IBP process excellence
  • APICS / other supply chain certification
  • MBA or masters degree
  • OMLP or other leadership program graduate
  • Experience deploying globally impactful supply/demand KPIs including MAPE forecast accuracy statistical planning methodologies inventory turns and OTD
  • Demantra (preferred) or other ERP/Planning system experience
  • Working knowledge of GE Healthcare inventory policies/ inventory generating processes Including SII/OP
  • Hybrid position. Southeastern WI work location preferred
