Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and warmth
Answer and route incoming phone calls courteously and efficiently

Operate standard office equipment (fax copier computer) with confidence
Log and track visitor inquiries and incoming calls accurately
Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
Monitor office supplies and coordinate restocking as needed
Support general filing and administrative tasks as assigned

High school diploma or GED required
Qualifications & Skills
23 years of experience in a professional office setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette
Ability to read write and speak English fluently
Skilled at multitasking and managing priorities independently
Friendly approachable demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
Reliable and punctual with a strong attendance record
