Receptionist
Location: South Gate CA
Compensation:$21 - $23 per hour
Position Summary
Were seeking a warm polished and highly organized Receptionist to be the face of our front office. This role is key to creating a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors and callers. Youll be responsible for managing incoming communications assisting guests and supporting day-to-day administrative operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy being the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly wed love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and route incoming phone calls courteously and efficiently
- Maintain a clean organized and inviting reception and common area
- Operate standard office equipment (fax copier computer) with confidence
- Log and track visitor inquiries and incoming calls accurately
- Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate restocking as needed
- Support general filing and administrative tasks as assigned
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
Qualifications & Skills
- 2-3 years of experience in a professional office setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette
- Ability to read write and speak English fluently
- Skilled at multitasking and managing priorities independently
- Friendly approachable demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong attendance record
