Research common maintenance/mechanical issues and develop new repair methods for trucks in the U-Haul fleet that effectively address these issues. Identify areas where a new or different part is needed to improve the longevity of the vehicle and/or component. Communicate the problem and solution in written form video and live demonstration.

Duties:
Automotive repair and diagnostics experience.
Basic understanding of electronic/electrical circuit operation.
Ability to read and comprehend wiring schematics.
Ability to effectively use a volt ohm meter (DVOM).
Perform vehicle repair and maintenance work to meet factory standards.
Experience in diagnosing computer-controlled drive train components.
Perform calibrations on vehicle power trains.
Acute attention to detail.
Oral communication skills and technical writing.
Professional demeanor.
