PwC Middle East Infrastructure Finance team is a part of our global Infrastructure and Project Finance network of over 600 professionals. Our team is integrated across the Middle East and comprises bankers accountants engineers economists ex-developers all with a strong track record in the infrastructure and PPP space.As a Senior Associate you will help our clients plan finance manage and deliver large scale capital and infrastructure projects. As part of the team youll work with our clients throughout the full lifecycle of an infrastructure project by combining our engineering technology sector and financial expertise to help our clients make a difference for tomorrow. Responsibilities Includes:
Procurement and transaction advisory
Drafting procurement documents and schedules
Procurement documents review and precedent project benchmarking
Policy advisory focused on federal and provincial government clients
Business case preparation
Risk analysis and quantification
Financial analysis of project finance structures instruments and pricing
Financial and general excel modeling
Writing reports and memos
Preparing power-point presentations
Infrastructure sector and financial market research
Drafting research and industry papers
Proposal writing and business development
Requirements:
Completion of a University degree in Commerce Business Administration Finance Economics Engineering Law or a related discipline
MBA or a professional designation such as CFA or CPA is an asset
Solid financial and general excel modeling skills
3-5 years of industry experience (Natural Resources Transportation and/or Power & Utilities)
Excellent communication and writing skills in English (Arabic would be an advantage)
Excellent business writing skills and oral communication skill
Infrastructure sector

Procurement models (traditional alternative innovative)
Procurement documents (RFQ RFP and Project Agreements)
