What you will do:
The role is in-charge with the implementation of the job scope indicated in the awarded project under the project delivery team. He/she should ensure within timeline and accurate execution of projects at all addition he/she is expected to communicate with project managers engineers regarding progress or any concerns that may arise for each handled projects.
How you will do it:
Project Execution:
Install service and repair HVAC systems (heating ventilation air conditioning and refrigeration) as per project specifications.
Ensure all installations comply with local codes safety regulations and client requirements.
Commissioning and Testing:
Perform system testing balancing and commissioning to ensure proper operation and efficiency.
Identify and troubleshoot issues during commissioning phases and provide effective solutions.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with project managers engineers and other trades to align on project goals and deadlines.
Maintain open communication with clients to address concerns and provide system education.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of work performed including materials used project milestones and service reports.
Submit timely updates to project leads and document any modifications or recommendations.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols on job sites.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure proper use of PPE and tools.Quality Assurance:
Ensure work meets company quality standards and exceeds client expectations.
Conduct post-installation inspections to verify system performance and compliance.
What we look for:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification in HVAC preferred.
3 years of experience in HVAC installation maintenance and troubleshooting.
Experience in project-based work or commercial HVAC systems is a plus.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems controls and components.
Able to read blueprints technical drawings and system specifications.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
