Job Description

This role is at the center of our Holding team in Amsterdam and Rotterdam. JOB PURPOSE

Are you a passionate and driven student who does not back away from a challenge Then look no further and join our sales operations team in one of the fastest-growing digital agencies worldwide.

As an intern you will become part of the Sales operations team where you will look for interesting potential new customers qualify incoming leads contribute to a streamlined sales process and support the EMEA team with the organization of events. Within our growing organization there is plenty of room for your own initiative and this internship is certainly no exception.

Please note: to be eligible for this internship you are required to be living and studying in the Netherlands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate and support in great pitches and learn from other sales stars during projects training courses and sales boot camps;

  • Lead management data management reports and monitoring our CRM system (Salesforce);

  • Support Inbound team: Go-to person for potential customer requests & pre-qualification

  • Support Outbound team: Build hitlists and manage outreach campaigns

  • Learn about lead generation business goals and objectives on a strategic level. Through intensive guidance we ensure that you can grow into a real sales professional!

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Studied HBO Creative Business Commercial Economics Entrepreneurship & Retail Management or something similar;

  • Has an affinity with social media advertising and technology in the digital business industry and is commercially driven;

  • Is available from September 2025 for 4 or 5 days a week for an internship duration of 5-6 months;

  • Fluent Dutch and English;
  • Has strong verbal and written communication skills interpersonal and organizational skills;

  • Has good time management skills and the ability to stay flexible in a fast paced environment;

  • Is very well organized and able to effectively communicate the status and developments of their work;

  • Is the example of proactivity and result-orientation and you always apply a confident can-do attitude;

  • Is a great listener and able to identify both a clients needs and that of their colleagues;

  • Can demonstrate being a trusted first point of contact for new business leads to conduct a thorough qualification process providing a detailed handover to the sales team;

  • Is interested in getting to know a full range of communication techniques including goal oriented calling emailing LinkedIn etc. to build engagement and achieve results;

  • Although full training will be given experience of Salesforce (or similar sales database) would be beneficial;

  • Is eager to learn and always open to new developments.
