Position Summary - Lead Unity Developer
As a GamePoint Lead Unity Developer will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing technical operation through teams leading efforts of technology strategyarchitecture and IT plans.
Responsible for safety productivity continuous improvement andemployee engagement.
Responsibilities
Communication with the team: Delineation ofrelevant tasks and reporting directions for their implementation. Optimization oftools (atthe time ofmanagement).
- Supporting Product Owners and Technical Leads indefining project direction.
- Responsible for making sure that products are uptodate with any external and when required internal technology changes.
- Help with project architecture.
- Collaborate with the Game Director onadaily basis.
- Asaleader ensure that code quality reusability and documentation are always ahigh priority.
- Help production define the project roadmap bygiving your experience and insights tohelp deliver ahigh-quality product.
Who you are:
- 5 years of Lead Unity game development experience;
- Knowledge oftechnological trends tobuild astrategy.
- Released games in the portfolio;
- Ability toconduct technological analyses and research.
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership and organizational abilities
- Strategic thinking
- Problem-solving aptitude
Technical requirements:
- Knowledge and experience with Unity (over 7 years);
- Ability tonavigate services (Firebase Adjust Fb SDK);
- Knowledge and experience C# .Net;
- Knowledge ofprogramming patterns;
- Knowledge ofP;
- Knowledge ofSOLID;
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
