Job Description
Requirements:
- Recent graduate or Final Year Student reading for a degree in Business Marketing Technology or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Excel)
- Ability to prioritize tasks manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing proposals presentations and other sales materials
- Conduct research on clients industry trends and competitors to support sales strategies
- Organize and maintain pursuit-related documentation and resources
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather inputs for proposals and deliverables
- Track pursuit progress and deadlines ensuring timely submissions
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities
- Schedule and manage meetings including preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Assist with data entry reporting and CRM management
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support the Pursuit Development Manager
- Analyze sales data and generate insightful reports
