Responsibilities:
Enhance Sales Performance: Analyse sales data to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement targeted strategies to optimize overall performance
Campaign Management: Assist in the development and execution of campaign and fulfilment strategies. Ensure that campaigns are effectively communicated and delivered to maximize impact and engagement.
Develop Product Propositions: Craft and fine-tune product propositions that effectively communicate the unique value and benefits of our offerings ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and target market needs
Manage Product Communication: Oversee the Product mailbox ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries. Handle product-related communications to maintain clear and effective dialogue with stakeholders and financial representatives
Qualifications and Skills:
A Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution.
Min 2 years of experience in the financial services industry with a deep understanding of insurance products.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in articulating complex ideas clearly and effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills coupled with an aptitude for fostering collaborative relationships.
Highly resourceful detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is essential; familiarity with Canva and Adobe programs is an added advantage.
