What would you do as our Senior Financial Controller
As Kinetron continues to scale as a leading innovator in micro energy systems and product development we are looking for a Senior Financial Controller to lead and professionalize our finance function. This is a pivotal role combining daily team leadership financial strategy and hands-on execution in a fast-growing technology-driven environment.
You would also be responsible for:
- Leading the finance team (reporting accounting administration).
- Acting as the strategic financial contact for internal and external stakeholders (including our parent company ASSA ABLOY).
- Driving and overseeing monthly and quarterly financial budgeting reporting and compliance.
- Set-up improvement and maintaining of the budget forecasting and control processes.
- Representing Finance in the MT and contributing to strategic decision-making.
- Implementing and improving financial systems and internal processes.
- Supervising financial audits and internal controls.
- Being hands-on when necessary especially in a growing team.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who has:
- A university degree in Finance Accounting Economics or similar.
- 5 years of experience in financial control or as finance manager preferably in a growing or international company.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance budgeting compliance and reporting standards.
- Leadership skills with the ability to coach structure and prioritize.
- Excellent Excel and ERP system skills (Exact or similar).
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
- A proactive mindset: ownership initiative and attention to detail.
