We are inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant (Primarily Dashboards/Reports)

Responsibilities
Develop and manage OTBI dashboards and BI Publisher reports across Oracle Cloud HCM modules.

Configure and maintain HCM Extracts and Transformation Formulas for internal and external reporting needs.

Create and troubleshoot Fast Formulas (eligibility validation calculation and approval).

Perform bulk data uploads using HDL and HSDL for employees positions candidates benefits etc.

Implement UI/UX changes and logic through HCM Design Studio Page Composer and Application Composer.

Configure approval workflows alerts and notifications for HR Recruiting and Compensation transactions.

Work collaboratively with functional and business teams for requirements gathering UAT and go-live support.

Ensure technical compliance and documentation for customizations and integrations.

Support development of Redwood-based enhancements (nice to have).

Qualifications we seek in you!
BE/MBA/ Skills:
Oracle HCM Cloud Certification (Global HR / Recruiting / Technical track).
OTBI and BI Publisher

HCM Extracts HDL HSDL

Fast Formulas (Approval Calculation Eligibility Validation)

Design Studio Page Composer Application Composer

Approval workflows Notifications and Security configuration

Functional understanding of Recruiting Compensation Learning and Talent modules

Familiarity with Redwood UX and Journeys personalization (preferred)

Excellent communication and documentation skills
