Job Details:

The Quality Engineers II have solid knowledge and expertise in quality assurance and quality control processes. They are responsible for designing and implementing quality control measures conducting advanced testing and analysis and driving continuous improvement in product quality. Quality Engineers II also collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality standards resolve complex quality issues and ensure compliance with regulatory Duties and Responsibilities: Delivers medium-high complexity testing tasks as part of a team. Influences in collaborative meetings with peers and stakeholders. Interacts with stakeholders to create requirements and demonstrate work. Documents testing and outcomes. Follows established software product engineering practices related to testing. Scope: under moderate supervision with access to assistance for work assignments not covered through established solid knowledge and develops specialized individual priorities when supporting projects and/or other assigned job-related duties that align with our organizations vision mission and values and fall within your scope of Planning and Strategy:Developing and implementing test plans cases and scripts based on software requirements and the scope and objectives of testing including the identification of test resources and and Automated Testing:Performing manual testing to identify defects and ensure software maintaining and executing automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium JUnit or Management:Identifying documenting and tracking software defects using defect tracking tools like Gitlab or with developers to reproduce issues provide detailed defect reports and verify and Load Testing:Conducting performance load and stress testing to ensure software scalability and performance test results and identifying bottlenecks or performance Integration and Deployment (CI/CD):Integrating automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure continuous testing and rapid and maintaining the CI/CD environment to ensure smooth and efficient software Metrics and Reporting:Collecting and analyzing quality metrics to assess software quality and testing and present test reports and quality metrics to stakeholders and Environment Management:Setting up and maintaining test environments including hardware software and network test environments are representative of production and Standards:Ensuring software testing processes comply with industry standards and best up to date with changes in software testing methodologies and and Communication:Working closely with developers product managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily stand-ups and Management:Identifying and assessing potential risks to software quality and implementing mitigation risk-based testing to prioritize testing efforts based on risk Acceptance Testing (UAT):Coordinating and supporting user acceptance testing with end-users to ensure the software meets their needs and and addressing feedback from UAT and Training:Creating and maintaining comprehensive test documentation including test plans cases and training and support to team members on testing tools processes and best : Education: Bachelors Degree or relevant experience. Computer Science Computer Engineering Information Systems Quantitative or Engineering Field. Experience: 1 years relevant or practical experience. Special Skills: Testing Concepts (multiple tools/methodologies)Integrates automated testing with Version Control DevOps & CICDTechnical Writing and DiagrammingAnalysis (Technical Business or Data)Soft Skills: Communication: Influencing collaborative meetings and interacting with -solving: Resolving complex quality issues and implementing : Mentoring junior quality Management: Managing multiple testing tasks and meeting Thinking: Analyzing advanced quality metrics and performance test results.
