Building Services Coordinator -Dublin
Salary - 60-75k

Role responsibilities:
- Oversee construction to meet programme deadlines and ensure timely project or phased handovers.
- Review all M&E design and construction drawings for compliance and identify discrepancies.
- Manage M&E sub-contractors progress meetings compliance and coordination on-site.
- Source quotations recommend suppliers and operate within defined budgets alongside the project team.
- Compile Safety File documentation and provide reports including installation reviews and commissioning records.
Role requirements:
- Trade or level 7 qualification in Mechanical/Electrical or Building Services
- 3-5 years MEP experience
- Good technical knowledge
- Full Drivers license
- Strong communication skills
