Building Services Coordinator -Dublin

Salary - 60-75k

Role responsibilities:

Oversee construction to meet programme deadlines and ensure timely project or phased handovers.
Review all M&E design and construction drawings for compliance and identify discrepancies.
Manage M&E sub-contractors progress meetings compliance and coordination on-site.
Source quotations recommend suppliers and operate within defined budgets alongside the project team.
Compile Safety File documentation and provide reports including installation reviews and commissioning records.

Role requirements:

Trade or level 7 qualification in Mechanical/Electrical or Building Services
3-5 years MEP experience
Good technical knowledge
Full Drivers license
Strong communication skills
