Position Overview:

Our client is a global leader in the renewable energy sector dedicated to advancing sustainable development and clean energy technologies. As their business continues to expand they are seeking an experienced HRIS Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of their HRIS system ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency. This role will involve participating in system optimization projects and providing opportunities for international collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HRIS team in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of employee data.
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the HRIS system including data import/export and report generation.
  • Participate in new feature testing and system upgrade projects ensuring successful implementation.
  • Provide front-line technical support training to resolve employee queries regarding the HRIS.
  • Analyze existing processes and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate across regions to support the integration of global HRIS systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree is plus.
  • 2 years of experience in HR HRIS coordinator or other related field.
  • Proficient in Chinese and English with strong communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of HRIS systems and the ability to operate and maintain them effectively is plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving skills.
  • Good teamwork spirit and adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
