Overview
Our client is a well-establish logistic company and they are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with strong stakeholder management skills and a passion for driving process improvements through technology.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end project implementation for logistics and operational systems across multiple regions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analyze and align business requirements.
- Prepare clear and comprehensive documentation including business requirements functional specifications and process flows.
- Coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system quality and business fit.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements.
- Prepare and deliver user training and support materials.
- Act as a key liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or Project Management preferably in logistics supply chain or other sizeable organizations.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Proven experience in requirement gathering documentation and UAT coordination.
- Experience working on regional projects across Hong Kong China and other APAC markets.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in distributed multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an essential.
