Operations Manager
Location: LATAM Remote
Type: Contractor
Salary: $3000$3500 USD/month
About the Role:
Were looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to join our clients growing team. As the Operations Manager youll act as the glue across departmentsensuring that projects are delivered efficiently people are aligned and execution is top-notch. Youll oversee the day-to-day operations implement new systems and processes and ensure the business runs perfectly. A key part of this role involves identifying opportunities to scale processes and operations ensuring that the company is equipped for rapid and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional projects and manage operational workflows
Act as the point person between departments (marketing finance support etc.)
Implement and scale systems tools and processes to drive efficiency and growth
Ensure timely and effective execution of business initiatives
Identify bottlenecks and propose proactive solutions
Drive operational alignment with company objectives in collaboration with leadership
Support and manage team members to meet performance and efficiency goals
Build processes with scalability and long-term growth in mind
What Were Looking For:
3 years of strong project and operations management experience
Demonstrated leadership in high-growth or cross-functional environments
Proven track record in scaling operations and optimizing business processes
A reliable executor with a get-things-done mentality
Skilled at managing people and priorities across various departments
High accountability and a strong sense of ownership
Excellent communication planning and organizational skills
