THE ROLE
As a Freelance Brand Specialist at Marketing 360 your task will be to refine and elevate our clients brand presence across various sectors. This role isnt just about creating visual assets; its about crafting brand stories that leave a lasting impact. Collaborating remotely with our seasoned team you will:
- Develop and implement innovative branding strategies that clearly communicate our clients vision and values.
- Manage and enhance brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing platforms.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of branding trends and maintain relevance in the marketplace.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to integrate branding with broader marketing campaigns.
- Create and maintain a cohesive brand voice and personality across all client communications.
- Provide insightful analysis and feedback to clients outlining brand performance and strategic recommendations.
- Be an ambassador of creative excellence inspiring clients with forward-thinking branding solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
Mandatory requirements:
- Proven experience as a Brand Specialist or similar role with a portfolio showcasing successful branding projects.
- Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing models.
- Excellent skills in graphic design and familiarity with design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
- Proficient in market analysis and brand strategy implementation.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting managing multiple projects with different timelines.
- Availability to visit our office in Aveiro occasionally for briefings.

- Experience in digital marketing environments and integration of digital tools in branding strategies.
- Demonstrable skills in creative content creation including visual and written content.
- Experience with online collaboration tools and freelance project management.
