About Organization
In Product handled by Rakuten Mobile we will be responsible for product quality responsibility from the release to the end of maintenance.
We will adjust the after -sales service conditions of the new product with manufacturers and in -house related places prepare for the start of after -sales service at the same time as selling and solve various internal after -sales projects with the RM terminal center.
In addition as part of after -support we will provide technical support for end users reported through customer support (CS) and take responsibility for market quality control.
Job Duties
We are looking for a person who can solve terminal defects in the market and promote quality control work in cooperation with after -sales service construction operation and various stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
Construction of consumer products after sales service operations experience
Quality control work experience of consumer products
Languages:
English (Overall - 2 - Intermediate) Japanese (Overall - 3 - Advanced)Employment Type
