As a Senior Sales Operations Specialist you will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing the sales operations function within the organization. Your expertise in sales processes data analysis and cross-functional collaboration will contribute to enhancing the efficiency accuracy and overall effectiveness of the sales team. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to drive process improvements that align with sales goals and company objectives.
Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Partner with the AGL Sales Managers in building the sales team level sales tactics goals and mechanisms
Lead the Rhythm of Business for support sales team have a deep understanding of business metrics to provide recommendations and guidance to the managers
Develop a robust metrics to monitor the performance and execute on initiative to drive efficiency improvement
Assist Sales Managers in forecasting pipeline management and reviews
Generate ad hoc and monthly recurring analyses for goal tracking and operational performance
- 10 years of Microsoft Excel experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM variable compensation revenue reporting forecasting Salesforce automation etc.
- Experience defining refining and implementing sales processes procedures and policies or equivalent
- Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
- Experience presenting to senior leadership
